Skal Vestbredden virkelig være Judenrein?

Af Søren Espersen MF (DF), udenrigspolitisk ordfører    Avigdor Liebermann foreslog for nogle år tilbage, inden han blev minister, en slags bytteforretning, som indebar, at de israelske arabere skulle flytte til Vestbredden, mens jøderne som bor på Vestbredden, skulle flytte den anden vej. For dette forslag blev Liebermann stemplet som den fuldkomne og aldeles vanvittige ekstremist.
Til gengæld er det aldeles »mainstream« og fuldstændigt accepteret, såvel af USA som af EU, når de palæstinensiske arabere kræver, at det alene er jøderne, der skal rejse således at Vestbredden, det historiske Judæa og Samaria, bliver renset for jøder. Tyskerne brugte i sin tid udtrykket, at et område blev gjort »Judenrein«.
Så det er altså EU-politik og dermed også dansk regeringspolitik, at Vestbredden skal være Judenrein.
Den danske udenrigsminister Per Stig Møller har, sikkert uden at gjort sig mange tanker om rækkevidden, accepteret det arabiske krav om, at samtlige 350.000 jøder, som har deres hjem i Judæa eller Samaria, skal forlade deres huse, skal rive deres børn ud af børnehaver og skoler og deres forældre ud af plejehjem og sygehuse, skal sige farvel til naboer og venner. Skal opgive alt det, som for nogens vedkommende er blevet deres landsby, deres identitet, deres liv igennem måske 30 eller 40 år.
Alene fordi palæstinenserne forlanger deres stat på et område, som skal være renset for jøder.
Racistisk
Og hele den frie verden, herunder den danske regering, nikker og samtykker. I dette område må ingen jøder bo!
Dansk Folkeparti samtykker ikke! Derimod kalder vi det palæstinensiske renheds-krav for såvel ufatteligt som perverst og racistisk.
»Israelerne skal trække sig tilbage til egne grænser og tilbage fra besat område«, lyder kravet. Men hvad er Israels grænser? Ja, der hersker jo en almindelig opfattelse af, at Israels grænser er de grænser, der fandtes umiddelbart før Seksdageskrigen i juni 1967.
Man henviser i den forbindelse til FNs resolution nr. 242 af 1967. Problemet er dog, at resolutionen i sin engelske tekst udtrykker det således: »Withdrawal of Israeli armed forces from territoriums occupied in the recent conflict«. Man bør bemærke, at der tales om, at Israel skal trække sig tilbage fra territorier, der blev besat der står altså ikke territorierne.
Et væld af forskellige grænser
Det er med velberådet hu, at man har skrevet det således i FN-resolution 242, for sagen er jo, at der i moderne tid i det område ikke har eksisteret nogen fast grænsedragning med undtagelse af grænsen mellem Ægypten og Israel, som blev fastsat i forbindelse med fredsslutningen.
Resten af grænserne er løse, midlertidige og tilfældige de-facto grænsetilstande, opstået i timerne og minutterne omkring påtvungne eller frivillige våbenhviler og ingen af disse grænser behøver at være de korrekte. Der er et væld af forskellige »grænser« i det gamle britiske mandatområde, Palæstina: Jeg nævner i flæng vidt forskellige grænsedragninger i 1947, 1949, 1967, 1973, 1978.
Det må være udgangspunktet i forbindelse med de forhandlinger, der forhåbentlig snart kommer i gang, at der ingen korrekte grænsedragninger findes i det område. Ubrugeligt
Det geografiske omfang af Israel og det geografiske omfang af en eventuel ny palæstinensisk stat bliver således det, de to parter samt de øvrige arabiske lande i fredsprocessen ender med at forhandle sig frem til.
Det vil alene forkludre og umuliggøre fredsprocessen, såfremt man bliver ved med at hævde, at grænserne i området allerede er fastlagt, for 1967-grænserne er stort set ubrugelige i forhold til fredsprocessen.
I mellemtiden, og indtil grænserne er lagt, må palæstinenserne bringes til at forstå, at dette med »Judenrein« hører hjemme i et andet århundrede.
